Willa is a floral design studio that specialises exclusively in wedding flowers and styling throughout the Hunter Valley and Newcastle. Located in the centre of wine country surrounded by the Hunter Valley’s most loved wedding venues and vineyards.

Our service

for wedding flowers & styling is all-inclusive and includes

1. Consultation
From your enquiry, we learn about your wedding flowers and styling needs. We will email you to organise a 30-minute phone consultation. During your consultation, we will provide you with design pricing options.

2. Design quote
After your consultation, should you like to continue with our service, you will be provided with a detailed quote including style mood board with colour palette, flower arrangements and styling décor.
To allow us a moment to coordinate beautiful inspiration and elements personalised to your wedding, design quotes are issued via email to you within 7 days or less of your consultation.

3. Custom signs
In addition to our styling hire collection, we make custom welcome and seating signs. Should you like to order custom signs, designs will be discussed during your consultation and included within your design quote. Preview our styling collection.

4. Booking and payments
To book your wedding, a payment of 25% of your quote’s total is due prior to its expiry date. Giving you peace of mind with our full focus to your wedding, all booking dates with Willa Floral Design are held exclusively. The remaining balance payment of the quote’s total is due 30 days prior to the wedding day.

5. Updates and ongoing contact
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive two wedding planning check-ins scheduled at 4 months and 6 weeks prior to your wedding.
We understand plans adjust as the wedding nears and if required, we will prepare amendment quotes to include the changes.

6. Wedding preparations
From the time of your booking, we begin working behind the scenes for a reliable and relaxed wedding experience for our couples to receive.
Planning, personally sourcing and selecting styling and non-floral supplies for use in the wedding. We also co-ordinate our set up/install and removal with your venue and other suppliers ahead of the wedding to ensure it runs smoothly.

7. The Wedding Week
This is when our studio goes into full swing especially for your wedding!
We begin by travelling to the Sydney Flower Market, where we select and purchase the best quality fresh flowers and foliage on offer. We then process and care for the flowers and foliage to ensure they are at their best bloom plus prepare and create the flower arrangements.

8. The Wedding Day
We deliver the flowers to the wedding party’s accommodation (up to two locations) ahead of your photographer’s arrival.
Bouquets and corsages are delivered gift boxed and to maintain our high quality and freshness of blooms, wet wrapping of bouquet stems is included.
Upon delivery, our florist will show you your flowers, guide you on how to carry and hold your bouquet for the best photo angles. The flowers are then placed in a cool location until you’re ready for photos and to leave for the ceremony.
We then move on to deliver and set up/install the flower arrangements and styling décor at your ceremony and reception locations.

9. After Event
We return to collect and pack down styling décor hire and flower arrangements from the ceremony and reception locations.

10. Follow up
Passing on our best wishes, we touch base via email after you return from your honeymoon to check in on how it all went.

Our wedding flowers and styling service begins from $3,500.

Our minimum value is based to meet a couple’s quantity requirements for a small wedding party and minimalist reception, and is inclusive of labour, wedding day delivery, set up and removal charges.
