- How far in advance, should we enquire and book our wedding flowers and styling?
To receive the most up-to-date designs and styles for the coming wedding season, we recommend the best time to enquire and book is 14 to 12 months from your wedding date.
- How can we make a booking for our wedding?
You can book with a valid quote.
To receive a quote, simply fill in our enquiry form and we’ll be in touch within 2 business days with our date availability for your wedding and organise a phone consultation. After your consultation, we’ll prepare a customised quote.
Once issued, quotes are valid for 7 days, and during this timeframe, you can secure your booking with a deposit and signed quote acceptance.
- When we are looking through the quote, is there anything special we need to know?
We prepare your quote, customised to your enquiry, theme and colour scheme.
So you have a good feel and vision for what the flowers and styling will be ahead of the wedding day, your quote comes complete with detailed design descriptions, itemised styling decor hire, mood board images of arrangements, signage decor hire and samples of your day of stationery and signage, as applicable to your enquiry.
For ease of booking, ensuring we remain available for your wedding date whilst you have a valid quote, we hold your booking tentative for 7 days.
- Once we’ve booked, can we make changes?
Yes, absolutely. Planning a wedding happens in stages, and changes can occur along the way, especially once your final RSVP guest count is in.
Our initial quote gives you a thorough plan for your wedding’s flower and styling décor, and it can be adjusted if needed, as we move through the planning months leading up to the wedding.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will organise planning/order updates to be held 4 months and 6 weeks from the wedding.

Julie
Floral Designer & Stylist
A qualified florist with over 9 years of experience in the wedding industry, Julie has made Willa Floral Design one of the most sort after by couples for their wedding flowers and styling in the Hunter Valley since 2016.
Julie works directly with each of our couples, learning about their needs and initial ideas, then turns them into a complete design and brings it all to life for them on their wedding day.
Louise
Styling assistant
Bringing valuable skills to each wedding install, you will see Louise with buckets of flowers in hand and assisting with the floral and styling set-up.
Louise is also our clean-up super Queen! Always ensuring no leaf or petal is left out of place before leaving the venue.
